Here at Little Memories, we are firm believers in selling only the highest quality products, but we understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something that you have purchased. We will willingly refund or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, it is in its original packaging, and you are willing to post it back to us. If the goods are faulty or we are at fault then a pre-paid postage label will be provided, or we will simply issue a refund dependent on the product/fault. You must send a photo of the damage to us before we can take action. Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.
If goods are missing or are there damages, etc, this must be advised to Little Memories within 7 days of receipt/expected receipt of order. After such time has passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Personalised Goods
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods we are unable to accept any returns as the goods are personalised specifically for you. If goods are damaged, then we would only replace the goods (if the stock allows) after seeing proof of damage via a photograph.
